Without a doubt, out of every fashion publication there is, Harper’s Bazaar is my favorite and I could go as far as saying that it’s like my very own fashion bible. It holds all the sacred writings of all things high fashion and trend-driven, not to mention it’s been around longer than all the others. Well, if you can believe it, it just got a tad bit better. Harper’s Bazaar Greatest Hits by Glenda Bailey, who has been the director of the magazine for the past decade now, is a great collection of over 300 photos that chronicle the best fashion of our time. It’s a fabulous book that is a cumulative celebration of fashion in and of itself. Glenda Bailey describes the book as being a great opportunity for her to be able to revisit her favorite covers, stories, and fashion moments. She’s been with Harper’s Bazaar since the dismal date in time that we all remember and want so badly to forget: September 11, 2001. She explains how she and Stephen Gan had been putting the final touches on their debut issue of Harper’s Bazaar when it happened. The book seems compelling, glamorous, and a must-have for all those fashion-obsessed. It would make an EXCELLENT gift for the holidays so put it on your wish list for Santa ASAP! You can purchase it for around $40 at:
